The Company vide its letter dated February 23, 2017, had intimated about the postal ballot and e-voting to be conducted by the Company along with the Postal Ballot Notice. The notice, among other matters, proposed to amend the Articles of Association of the Company.

The Voting period commenced on March 2, 2017 and concluded on March 31, 2017. The voting results were declared and intimated to the exchanges by the Company on April 1, 2017.
