Inge de Laat Appointed Managing Partner at Law Firm Rutgers & Posch

Inge de Laat (1977) succeeds Gerard Endedijk. Endedijk remains associated with the firm - which was co-founded by him as a partner - and will dedicate himself again entirely to his work as a litigator. Inge de Laat said: "Ever since its foundation in 2013, Rutgers & Posch has acquired an important position in The Netherlands as a modern, inspired, and ambitious firm. As Managing Partner, De Laat manages a team of eleven partners and about thirty-five employees. "Rutgers & Posch was founded five years ago with the ambition to be an independent firm that provides the very best legal services, but in a more personal manner. The fact that we won the title of Benelux Law Firm of the Year by the influential British magazine The Lawyer both in 2015 and 2017 proofs we hit the right spot. We have grown significantly since the very start in 2013 and have noted that besides our Dutch clients, more and more foreign parties are finding their way to our firm. Inge de Laat publishes and teaches regularly and is an editor for the trade journal ArbeidsRecht. She also is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Amsterdam bar association 'Orde van Advocaten', and officer of the Discrimination and Equality Committee of the International Bar Association. In addition, De Laat is a board-member of Stichting Amsterdams Kleinkunstfestival, an association responsible for amongst others organizing a performing arts festival.
