Integreon Appoints Rowan Gilpin As Global Head Of Business Services And Andrew Sims As UK Country Head
LONDON, Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Integreon, a leading global provider of outsourced legal, document, research and business support, today announced new appointments on its senior leadership team. Rowan Gilpin joins Integreon effective today to serve as the company's global head of business services, while Andrew Sims, currently chief of staff at Integreon, has taken on additional responsibility as UK country head. Gilpin and Sims succeed Claire O'Brien, who has served in both roles since 2011.

Gilpin will be responsible for growing Integreon's global business for professional support services by working closely with the company's law firm and corporate clients to help in standardising and improving the efficiency of their business processes. Sims will play a critical role in overseeing the company's UK service delivery operations, while also continuing to lead corporate initiatives on a global basis.

Gilpin brings 15 years of experience as a senior executive with a successful track record in commercial leadership of business units and large scale, complex BPO contracts. He will work with Integreon's clients to improve their efficiency and bottom lines through process standardisation. Prior to joining Integreon, he worked for Liberata, delivering financial processing services, human resources and payroll for both private and government clients. Gilpin has also worked as a financial director in the property sector and computer industries.
Andrew Sims has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting, with his most recent role as Integreon's chief of staff supporting the CEO in the delivery of both strategic and day-to-day corporate initiatives. Prior to joining Integreon, Andrew was a Programme Director at Capgemini Consulting, where he worked across a broad range of sectors and in a number of senior internal management roles.
