Effective immediately Fay will report to chief executive officer Bob Gogel and will be responsible for managing Integreon's finance function on a global basis, including corporate budgeting, investor relations and strategic business planning.
"Sean's demonstrated track record as a successful CFO and hands-on business experience made him an ideal choice to step into this important role on our management team," said Bob Gogel, CEO of Integreon. "As we build upon the strong momentum achieved under his predecessor, we're very pleased to gain someone of Sean's calibre and experience to help us take the company forward."
"On behalf of Integreon, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ken for his hard work and dedication to the company. During his tenure as CFO, Ken made significant contributions to our business, especially the strengthening of our financial position by establishing an integrated finance function in support of our global operations," added Gogel.
Fay stated, "I am honoured and excited to join the team at Integreon. This is a well-positioned, financially healthy, and innovative company that is ready for the next stage of its growth."
