Interflora to Broadcast Live During the RHS Chelsea Flower Show

SLEAFORD, England, May 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On Wednesday 25th May Interflora will be streaming a live webcast from Central London during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show between 8pm and 9pm.

Television coverage tends to focus on the show gardens, but Interflora wants to concentrate more on the floral aspects of the show.

The webcast will be hosted by Karen Barnes, head of floral gifting for Interflora, and there will be a number of short features, competitions and discussions.

A large part of the webcast will turn the spotlight on Interflora florist David Denyer and his exhibit 'A Sense of Perspective'. It will also follow the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies as members create a unique floral display, which will include a practical demonstration from one of the world's top floral designers, Derek Armstrong.
