International Property Services BV Selects Yardi Voyager Property Management Platform
AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, May 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Yardi Systems, one of the leading developers of software for investment, asset and property management, announces that International Property Services BV has selected Yardi Voyager(TM) as its integrated property management platform.
IPS is an independent real estate service company with 1.2 billion euros of commercial real estate under management. The company specialises in commercial Dutch real estate property management across mixed sectors, including offices and business units.
The combination of strong year-on-year growth and in-house commercial, technical and administrative management prompted IPS to search for a software solution that would not only exceed operational requirements but support on-going strategy of business development.
IPS had previously been using multiple systems and spread sheets to manage its real estate holdings. By contrast, Voyager's single, centralised, integrated platform will hold IPS's consolidated property data in one secure database that offers real-time access to information vital to the day-to-day management of the business.
With Voyager's single database and automated reporting tool-set IPSensuresthat the reporting process is accurate, efficient and streamlined. As a result, IPS will spend less time compiling spread sheets and more time serving clients.
"Previously the company relied on non-specific systems and spreadsheets to gain visibility of the information we needed to develop our business," explains Erik Slettenhaar, owner of International Property Services BV. "The Voyager platform provides the base to greatly improve the quality and availability of management information, delivering great improvements in the services we offer clients and ultimately providing a base to develop growth and win more business."
"We are very pleased to welcome IPS on board as a client," comments Richard Gerritsen, regional sales director for Yardi Systems in Europe. "The efficiencies and transparency of the Yardi platform reflect how Voyager facilitates a scalable platform for successful organisations that are growing to the next level."
