IR Magazine Announces Global Top 50 in Investor Relations
-- Analysts and investors identify the best IR teams around the world
NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The IR Magazine Global Top 50 2013 is the first of its kind, recognizing top performers in investor relations across the US, Canada, Europe, Greater China, South East Asia and Brazil. The Global Top 50 combines the results of IR Magazine's annual investor perception studies and awards programs, in which analysts and portfolio managers voted for the best in investor relations in each of those regions over the past year.
IR Magazine and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), in partnership with BNY Mellon, will honor the companies in the Global Top 50 and reveal a detailed ranking at an awards reception during the Global IR Forum, to be held in New York City November 18-20 (GlobalIRForum.org). Special awards will be presented to the Global Top IRO, Global Top Mid-Cap, Global Top Small Cap and top five companies overall.
"We at BNY Mellon are very pleased to be supporting the Global Top 50 awards as we are strong proponents of the value of investor relations. We are continually looking for ways to identify and celebrate best practices in the IR field and look forward to celebrating the notable accomplishments of all the nominees as well as the winners," said Christopher Kearns, Chief Executive Officer, Depositary Receipts, BNY Mellon.
