Biggest client win so far for Isle of Man contact centre
Expanding Isle of Man contact centre firm, Yello has scored its biggest client win since launching in May with a deal to provide outbound customer services for Sure, a major telecommunications provider based on the island.
Yello will provide customer service and support for Sure's business and domestic customers on the Isle of Man and in the Channel Islands, covering mobile, broadband, fixed line, data centre and enterprise solutions.
"The original idea behind Yello was to service the betting and gaming companies based in the Isle of Man, but we are equipped to handle inbound and outbound calls for all types of business, so it's great to have Sure onboard," said Martin Linham CEO of Yello "Our staff are already familiar with the business and the services it offers, so we're well placed to hit the ground running and ensure that their commitment to quality and service is maintained right from day one."
Historically a division of Cable & Wireless, Sure recently became a member of the Batelco Group, a leading telecommunications provider in 16 markets spanning the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, the South Atlantic and the Indian Ocean.
"We are always looking to build on the excellent reputation the company already enjoys in its key markets and a key element of this is having the right support in place," said Andy Bridson, spokesperson for Sure. "When we heard about Yello setting up on the Isle of Man and employing local people, many of who will be Sure customers, we were very keen to explore the possibility of working with them."
Yello uses the latest technology, coupled with staff training and motivation, to offer a first class service. The company is looking to employ 100 people on the Isle of Man by the end of 2013, with ambitions for further expansion beyond that date.
