MOSCOW, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
IXcellerate, Moscow's premier carrier neutral data centre, is proud to announce that it succeeded to achieve the ISO 27001 accreditation. By obtaining the most widely recognised IT security standard certification, IXcellerate has confirmed its adherence to the highest standards of excellence.
Issued by Alliance Certification (SERCONS), a company with over 18 years of experience in certification, the award demonstrates the significance with which the security and confidentiality of client data is maintained in IXcellerate Moscow One data centre. The received certification not only guarantees the full information security controls but also assures that various procedures of risk treatment are present in order to defend against potential data system threats.
"I am proud to see IXcellerate joining the ranks of recognized global businesses who have also implemented this fundamental standard. Our customers can be even more reassured that their critical data is protected by security procedures that comply with the best international standards", commented Dmitry Fokin, Managing Director of IXcellerate.
