The Norwegian Non-Life Insurance Company Jernbanepersonalets Forsikring Gjensidige (JFG) are now Live with FlexSure™ - the first phase of the FlexSure "end-to-end" core insurance platform replacement program.
JFG is part of "Jernbanepersonalets bank og forsikring" (JBF) which offers a broad range of private financial offerings within banking and insurance. Insurance customers are employees, or relatives of employees that work in businesses related to the Norwegian Railway. JFG has eight offices spread throughout Norway in addition to a central call center and self-service over the internet.
FlexSure™ is now as planned in production with the initial phase of the system replacement program which includes group personal accident risk and professional indemnity insurance. The legacy systems supporting this portfolio have been closed down, decreasing significant operational and maintenance costs for JFG.
