Kentz Corporation Limited: Appointment of Group Director of Engineering

Kentz Corporation Limited (LSE: KENZ), the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group (http://www.kentz.com/), is delighted to announce the appointment of Eli Wawi as Group Director of Engineering effective from 16 July 2012.
Eli will be based in the Doha office and will have responsibility for all global Engineering Centres of Excellence. In his role Eli will further develop Kentz's technical capabilities and resources in line with the Group strategy, provide technical oversight and governance, and manage engineering best practises. The function has been set up to support the Kentz Business Units that provide valuable engineering services to clients; Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Technical Support Services.
Eli has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas engineering, formerly with KBR and Shaw Group, including running engineering operations in Mexico and India. Prior to joining Kentz, Eli worked for CH2M Hill Energy and Chemicals, UAE, where he held the position of Vice President of the Middle East, North Africa and India.
