MAASTRICHT, The Netherlands, May 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Entrepreneur Alexander Mans is with his age of twenty years by far the youngest sponsor ever of the Internationale Blancpain Endurance Series, that will be held in the weekend of 21st and 22nd of May parallel to the FIA GT3 and GT4 in Navarra (ESP).
Mans will, together with his company Novabox, sponsor Dutch driver Olivier Tielemans that will represent the team of Rhino's Leipert Motorsport.
Two years ago Alexander established his company Novabox together with several large investors. Initially the company developed products that would protect it's users agains spam, hackers and viruses. Some time ago he added a automotive devision to the company that would develop electronics for telemetry, fuel cell and battery management applications.
"By participating in international events like the Blancpain Endurance Series, I can give Novabox extra value both as a company and as a brand within the industries that we target. Also experiencing the Blancpain Series up close is incredibly cool and a lot of fun."
It is not the first time that Novabox supports driver Olivier Tielemans. Also in 2010 the company was sponsor in the Porsche Carrera Cup on the circuit of Zandvoort in the Netherlands.
Ingo Leipert, Team manager of Rhino's Leipert Motorsport, said earlier this week: "Our drivers know the track, and due to the test, it is not new to us. Therefore, we should finish among the Top 5 this weekend. The Lamborghini Gallardo shows a great performance."
