Landlords can help take the hassle out of tenants' household emergencies and take the heat out of heating problems with over 20% saving off the standard price of Landlords cover in the first year. This is available on a range of landlord-only insurance policies through HomeServe.

HomeServe, one of the leading providers of home emergency assistance, are offering savings from 9am on Monday 3rd June until midnight on Sunday 30th June on a range of policies designed to give landlords - and their tenants - peace of mind, including: home emergency cover for houses and flats. This ranges from cover for burst pipes to electric and gas central heating, including cover for their properties' electrics and wiring.

Policies start from £4.50 a month per property in the first year.
