LGB & Co Appoints Ivan Sedgwick as Investment Director

Ivan joins with a mandate to assess investment opportunities in the equity and debt markets as well as develop LGB's overall investment proposition to clients  

LGB & Co, the corporate finance and investments firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ivan Sedgwick as Investment Director of LGB Investments. Ivan was latterly a senior adviser to Societe Generale, and previously head of equity sales in London.

With more than 30 years' experience of working in Financial Services, Ivan brings an extensive network of contacts and has deep capital markets and regulatory experience, which will be invaluable as LGB Investments seeks to further develop its proposition and the scope of its services. 

Ivan has spent most of his career working in equity capital markets, in Japan, Continental Europe and the UK and has previously held positions at Morgan Stanley, Lazards and Schroders. He has a diverse range of experience having advised listed, public and privately-owned companies, as well as serving on the public members' body of Network Rail Plc.

He is a Cambridge University graduate and has an MBA from Cass Business School.
