LivePerson, Inc. (Nasdaq: LPSN), a leading provider of online, real-time intelligent engagement solutions, announced today that trading of its common stock has commenced on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") under the ticker symbol [LPSN]. LivePerson's common stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market in the United States, and LivePerson will remain subject to the rules and regulations of NASDAQ and of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
