Lost In The Moment New Ebor Favourite Following Latest Declaration Stage

Lost In The Moment is the new 6/1 favourite (from 7/1) with the sponsors for the Betfred Ebor following the latest declaration stage and a total of 65 horses have been left in ahead of Saturday's race.

Saeed bin Suroor's colt was arguably unlucky not to land the Goodwood Cup on his last start and there has been plenty of support for the four-year-old over the last week. The sponsors have also cut Mount Athos to 12/1 (from 14/1) following some decent money for last year's Melrose Stakes winner.

"Lost In The Moment is winning the battle to be the Ebor jolly at the moment and has been the best-backed horse of the last week or so but Thursday's draw will have a big say in which of the three market leaders goes off as favourite," said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo.

Saptapadi is the 7/1 second-favourite with Modun just behind him at 8/1. The sponsors are also now paying out on the first five home in the Betfred Ebor from all bets placed from this morning onwards.
