In her new role, Ms. Franchetti will leverage existing Patient-Centered services including Mapi's industry leading direct-to-patient, Patient-Centered Outcomes, Language Services and Data Analytics capabilities as well as helping to establish new Patient Insight services.
Ms. Franchetti brings nearly 2 decades of direct patient experience gained in both hospital and industry settings including CROs, healthcare technology, patient research and hands-on patient care across multiple therapeutic areas. Ms. Franchetti has additionally been involved in the development and moderation of Advisory boards, patient HCP and KOL forums as well as collaboration and partnering with Patient and Clinical Advocacy groups. This collective experience positions her to contribute significant insights into how patients think regarding their treatment options, and consequently the best way to approach patient recruitment and retention strategies.
