Mazovia Capital Announces Agreement to Acquire Digital Care

Earlier this month Mazovia Capital announced it has agreed terms with Blancco Technology Group plc for the acquisition of Warsaw-based Digital Care Sp. z o.o. for an expected consideration of €4.5 million plus assumed liabilities.
