Fidelity National Information Services Inc. reported its quarterly results and announced 10 percent increase in its quarterly dividend. The company announced its quarter EPS at 46 cents per share, up from 39 cents per share it had earned for the previous year quarter. However, it lagged behind consensus estimate of 69 cents per share. The stock is up 19 percent in the past 12 months and is expected to perform well as the company provided robust outlook for its fiscal year. Moody's reported its fourth quarter revenue at $754.2 million, up 33 percent from the corresponding quarter of the previous year. It also trampled consensus estimate of $687.1 million. Its quarterly net income stood at 70 cents per share, up from 43 cents per share it had earned for the same quarter of the last year.
