Nigel O'Hara Jewellers Wins Major European Award

A Portadown jewellers has been unveiled as the European winner of an award recognising outstanding customer service.

Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers, located on William Street in the County Armagh town, received the honour in the Shopzilla Europe 2012 Circle of Excellence Awards.

The shopping search engine annually recognises the company that customers have rated the best for experiences online.

It takes into account overall satisfaction, the selection of products, on-time delivery and customer support.

The third generation watchmakers and jewellers, which specialises in designer watches and jewellery, beat stiff competition with 2,000 UK online merchants considered for an award.

The company's director, Richard O'Hara said: "This is a massive achievement for the business and we are all absolutely ecstatic.
