Noser Engineering Appoints Beat Salzmann as General Manager for Branch Office in Berne

Noser Engineering AG the Swiss based global information technology consultancy announced today the appointment of Beat Salzmann as General Manager, Noser Engineering Berne, Switzerland.

Effective, July 1, 2013, Mr. Salzmann will lead Noser Engineering's operations for the greater Berne region providing software engineering and services to customers across the healthcare, transport, defense and financial service sectors, among others.

After his studies Mr. Salzman began his career with Selectron Lyss AG where he established industrial software development expertise in the fields of embedded systems, industrial automation, and drive technology.  In 2001 he joined Noser Engineering as a software development engineer.  From 2003 until 2013 Mr. Salzmann worked for RUAG Defence in the Simulation and Training area where he most recently held the position of Senior Manager Development Simulation & Training responsible for software and hardware development, construction and documentation.  Mr. Salzmann is 41 years old, holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA FH, is married and the father of three children.
