LONDON, March 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
Optimax, the UK's longest-established vision correction specialist, introduces a new Lens Surgery TV ad this month to promote their range of advanced lens implant procedures.
The new TV ad was filmed at several locations, including the company's head office. The ad features Ivka Gorianni, an accountant who recently had multifocal lens treatment with Optimax.
Ivka, 58, describes how having the treatment changed her life:
"I originally went to Optimax so I could read and use the computer without glasses. But they were able to treat the short-sight, the long sight and my astigmatism, which was amazing. It was like having youthful vision given back to me."
Optimax offers a range of advanced lens options, including the Symfony lens.
"Lens surgery involves the replacement of the eye's lens with an artificial lens. It can allow those above the age of 40 to focus on distance and near objects without the need for spectacles - with the added benefit that they will not develop cataracts later in life," said Mr Amir Hamid, Medical Director at Optimax.
The TV ad will broadcast across regional ITV, UK Digital and Satellite channels.
Optimax is the UK's longest established vision correction specialist, with 29 clinics nationwide. Its range of procedures can treat short sight, long sight and astigmatism. Established in 1992, Optimax has experience drawn from more than 350,000 treatments. Its insistence on highly advanced laser and lens technology means that even more people can see life more clearly.
