Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Named Transatlantic Legal Department of the Year by Panel of Leading Legal Journalists
In-House Legal Team Recognized for Expertise and Innovation in Supporting Growing Business During Complex Carve-Out Period

The award recognizes the team's success in providing legal and compliance support for two critical and challenging business objectives during the same period: managing the legal and compliance aspects of Ortho's complex, global carve-out from its former parent company, while also providing support to business stakeholders that helped Ortho steadily grow in a legally and ethically compliant manner. Ortho's team was selected by a panel of influential journalists from Legal Week and The American Lawyer, part of the ALM Media group.
