Peter Done and Peninsula Business Services Launch New HR Tool for Employers - hronline

Peter Done joint founder of Betfred and owner of Peninsula Business Services is continuing to expand his business portfolio whilst nurturing commitment in helping employers spend time running their business. Peter Done has invested £2.3 million in a new online HR management tool called hronline.
hronline will be managed by Peninsula Business Services director Alan Price.
hronline will be used as a tool to detect fraudulent absence as well as manage HR records and data. hronline identifies patterns and alerts employers of continued absence, it also helps bosses identify at what times employees take days off leave. The software also allows employers to manage employee rota, time off work, all their HR records and data, holiday entitlement and pension information. Software also links directly to the employment law consultancy, Peninsula Business Services, allowing employers and management to obtain around the clock confidential HR advice on a particular individual.
Peter Done, managing director of Peninsula Business Services and joint founder of Betfred said today, "I am confident that this tool will be what employers need.
