Peter Done Launches New hronline Mobile Product and Creates New Jobs at the Same Time

On the back of the recent hronline launch Peter Done, joint founder of Betfred and owner of Peninsula Business Services, is this week launching a new hronline mobile app having been developed 100% in-house.

Peter Done, managing director of Peninsula Business Services said today, "I use an iPhone and iPad, I wanted to be able to access hronline from both devices. I thought if I wanted to do this then other directors and managers would want the same. I invested £250k and employed 10 IT specialists from Manchester to make it happen. I wanted a feature rich version, not something that looks pretty yet forces you to use the desktop to undertake complex tasks; my IT department did a great job in delivering a product that I am proud to roll out."

The 5 star rated hronline App gives you the core functionality of the main hronline product in the palm of your hand. Push notifications proactively tell you about employee lateness, absenteeism and holidays so you don't have to login to find out. The home screen gives you headline information about what you need to know, such as how many employees are in today. You can use the employee directory to view information on your employees, track lateness and contact the Peninsula Advice line. The app will help anyone identify sickness, whether genuine or fraudulent, from wherever they are in the world.

We are currently developing a reports dashboard which will give you sickness and absence trends for your employees, filter by department and a new easy to use home screen to complement the upcoming changes to the Apple operating system."

The App is currently only available on the Apple App Store but using leading edge mobile optimised technology, will soon be available for the majority of devices in July this year.
