Networked Insights launches SocialSense, IBM ranked in Top 50 list and Studio Chateau introduces "Lunch & Learn"
Networked Insights, an innovative provider of online marketing optimisation services, has announced the expansion of its new SocialSense platform, giving even more clients the opportunity to gain a greater insight into the success of their online campaigns.
Clients will be able to use the SocialSense software to view real-time information on consumer trends, allowing them to respond instantly with relevant, well-placed online adverts. The software collects information from multiple sources, and uses it to create reports on a targeted audience's current interests, including the most talked about brands, TV shows and other social media chatter.
Participating brands will then be able to use this information to inform their online marketing strategy, allowing them to "eliminate the guesswork from common marketing decisions". According to CEO Dan Neely, the software combines "industry-leading semantic analysis firepower with the ability to define audience insights".
IBM has received yet another prestigious honour this week, after the tech giant was named as one of the top 50 "community-minded companies" in America.
The honour was bestowed in the first ever analysis of the social qualities of S&P 500 companies, in a wide-ranging report taking into account the amount of time, talent and resources spent by corporations on corporate social responsibility activities with a local community focus. The company has led the way in terms of manpower contribution, with its volunteer branch deploying around 2,000 employees on charitable missions across the US and abroad.
The concept of evaluating a company's social contribution is the brainchild of the National Conference on Citizenship, which launched the "Civic 50" list earlier this year. IBM Vice President Stanley Litow enthused over his company's inclusion in the list, stating that IBM was "thrilled to be recognised as the leading company to deliver innovative and sustainable value into communities".
Studio Chateau, a leading producer of design centre technologies, has introduced the first in a series of quarterly "Lunch & Learn" events for current and potential clients, giving them the chance to get an advance preview of the company's new products.
The tri-monthly event will provide Studio Chateau with an opportunity to present clients with new innovations, which centre on the simplification of home improvements for a variety of commercial and private customers. Invitees will also be treated to a complimentary trial of the company's software, giving clients an insight into how the program could help them.
