Press Invitation to Public Announcement Finalists European Business Awards

Media representatives are most welcome to attend the official award presentation of the national finalists of the Benelux that qualified for the European Business Awards. The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 30 October 2013 starting 3:00 PM at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, Ferdinand Bolstraat 333. The national champions from the Benelux will compete with each other in the European contest in 2014. The offical part of the award ceremony on 30 October will start at 4:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM, to be followed by a meet and greet for invited guests with representatives of RSM's European offices during an informal Amsterdam canal tour.

This year the European Business Awards contest is held for the eighth time. The event is supported by RSM International and UK Trade & Investment among other companies. One of the major goals is to recognise businesses playing a pioneer role in their industry. By awarding them a Ruban d'Honneur, they will receive attention throughout the world from trade press for example.

Twenty-six Benelux companies have reached the next round of the European Business Awards 2013/2014 after being evaluated by professional panels of judges. A total of 525 companies from 31 European countries entered the second round of this election. All national champions are listed on http://www.businessawardseurope.com/national-champion/2013.

On 14 January 2014 the judges' chairman will announce the top 100 businesses to compete in the European final for the coveted Ruban d'Honneur Award.
