Zain Jordan doubles capacity and implements Procera's Customer Care, Gy charging integration and Insights to enhance the Subscriber Experience across mobile access networks
FREMONT, California, Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Procera Networks, Inc., the global Subscriber Experience company, today announced an extension of the strategic partnership with Zain in Jordan. The leading provider for mobile services has been a Procera customer since 2012 deploying the company's PacketLogic™ products to provide better quality of experience (QoE) for its subscribers. The relationship will now expand to include the analytics family of solutions to leverage the granular network analytics captured.

The Insights solutions are out-of-the-box ready for any operator to deploy into their network and can be utilized and enhanced through open access integration. The solutions provide deep trend and usage statistics split per device, access type and customer segment. The operator has the choice to use Procera's web-based visualization or utilize its direct big data access to integrate the intelligence directly into third-party systems. The Insights solutions work both on the recently revealed eVolution offering, a virtual experience probe solution, and the traditional PacketLogic solutions.
