Productcaster Becomes Google CSS Premier Partner

Productcaster, a Google Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner, today announces it has been awarded Google's coveted Premier Partner status as one of the leading Google Comparison Shopping partners. The Premier CSS partner programme recognises Productcaster's expertise in helping retailers and agencies reach customers through Google's Shopping platform. A key requirement is the servicing of 100+ merchants, which Productcaster has helped to grow, benefitting from a significant discount on Cost-Per-Click (CPC) spend on Shopping ads.
Productcaster, which launched with some of Europe's leading retailers, including Argos, Durex, H.Samuel and Cdiscount, allows clients to take advantage of Google's favourable CPC rates across its new CSS format, following the EU's antitrust ruling last year. Popular mattress brand Eve was Productcaster's 100th client.
Merchants choosing to work with Productcaster, as an accredited Premier Partner, will benefit from the CSS-provider's in-depth training to help them achieve strong results from Shopping ads, and access the exclusive credit incentives being offered by Google Shopping. The prestigious premium badge is only awarded to a select group of CSS partners.
Google Shopping is a growing focus for retailers across Europe, accounting for 82 per cent of retail search ad spend in the UK alone in Q1 2018, according to a recent study. Yet to be able to deploy Google Shopping advertisements, merchants and agencies must work with at least one CSS provider. Productcaster enables merchants and agencies to either connect with Google Shopping through its CSS website or, uniquely, create a tailored white-label solution to help retail clients take advantage of lower CSS media rates.
