Rangemaster Launch Exciting New Healthy Eating Infographic
LEAMINGTON SPA, England, October 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
Rangemaster have created a fun and informative healthy living infographic that encourages people to swap the unhealthy factors of their daily diet for healthy alternatives.
Rangemaster's healthy food infographic includes interesting facts about superfoods in addition to healthy alternatives. The healthy alternatives are split into meals throughout the day: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner and then a drink.
The infographic includes facts such as: "2 apples a day can reduce cholesterol by 10%" and "2 portions of oily fish reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease."
The healthy alternatives section on the infographic informs users of what unhealthy food they can swap in their diet for healthy food, Rangemaster wanted to motivate users to be healthy and to look after their mind, body and heart by simply making small changes to their everyday diet.
Healthy alternatives on the infographic include: "Swap a packet of crisps for walnuts as they are rich in Vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids and they will keep you fuller for longer" and "Replace regular milk with Almond milk as almond milk contains 6 times less sugar per serving than regular milk."
Holly Johnson, marketing manager, said: "We know how important it is to keep healthy but we also understand how tempting unhealthy food can be, that's why we're really excited about this new infographic. We wanted to give our customers some healthy alternatives that would keep them in good shape but would also taste great so we hope that they find this infographic useful."
The food included in the super facts and the healthy alternatives is inexpensive and is available in supermarkets as Rangemaster wanted to cater to everyone. It is bright and colourful and includes images to show that healthy eating can be simple but enjoyable.
