WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania, July 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RegScan, Inc., of Williamsport, Pa proudly announces the launch of our new International Helpdesk research service powered by Antea Group's award-winning Global RegSupport™ HelpDesk.
This new service allows everyone – not just existing RegScan and Antea Group clients – to quickly get answers to international regulatory questions without the obligation of a long-term contract or large retainer fee. Questions are submitted to RegScan online, and the in-country experts at Antea Group will answer most of them within two business days.
"The International Helpdesk service significantly enhances our global product line," said Ned Ertel, president and C.E.O. of RegScan. "This on-demand information service is open to everyone, which sets us apart from our competitors. With the cutting-edge technology of RegScan and the vast knowledge of our partners at Antea Group, we can provide a unique and valuable service to anyone who needs it."
The standard service fee covers a typical regulatory applicability question requiring two units of research time. Should an inquiry be more in-depth, RegScan will work with customers to come up with a custom quote.
