Right of Reply's Largest Shareholding Now Owned by Charity

Right of Reply, a fast-growing technology company dedicated to maintaining a free press and fair media by providing management tools for online and real world reputations, today announces that the Swiss-based charity, ATD Association has become the single largest shareholder, owning 850,000 shares representing 36% of the company's share capital.
The shares were donated to ATD Association by Right of Reply's founder and his wife.
In a related move, Right of Reply has amended its Articles of Association to provide that 10% of its net profit, before the distribution of any dividends, will be donated to authorised charities.
