Rt Hon Stephen Dorrell MP to Debate 'The State of Care in the UK: How can we fix the Broken System?' at the Care Show

With the UK care market currently estimated to be valued in excess of £55 billion to the economy, the country's largest care event - The Care Show and its co-locating event, The Dementia Care Show - will this year take place on 4 and 5 November at the NEC Birmingham. The event will feature over 250 of the country's leading suppliers and experts in care for the benefit of the expected 3000 visitors from care homes, home care agencies, the NHS and associations based across the country.

With the date of the next general election confirmed to be 7 May 2015, The Care Show will host a high-profile debate featuring Rt Hon Stephen Dorrell MP who will present his vision of the role of the Care Sector in any future integrated health and care system in the UK. His colleagues on the panel are pioneers from the world of residential care: BUPA and Anchor; home agency care: Mitie's MiHomeCare and an innovative newcomer to the UK market advocating a more communal way of living, Evermore.
