Samsung, together with Liberty Global, indicated that Teleplan's geographical service network, technical knowledge of servicing set-top boxes and service quality were the catalysts of the selection. The already proven relationship with Teleplan in the service area of Samsung's mobile and smartphone segment was another driving force in the decision-making process.
