Known for its work providing aerial cinematography services for motion picture, broadcast and commercial productions, ACS France is one of Europe's preeminent aerial production outfits with credits including Les Misérables, A Good Day to Die Hard and The Hundred-Foot Journey. To achieve the SHOTOVER ASP rating, the ACS France team underwent formal training at SHOTOVER's New Zealand facility and the company's technical facilities and staff have been evaluated and certified by SHOTOVER.
"ACS France's expertise in all aspects of aerial production, along with their rigorous and exacting service standards makes them an ideal partner as a SHOTOVER ASP," said SHOTOVER president Alan Purwin. "Customers can expect the same level of technical excellence and high-touch service from ACS France as they would receive from the SHOTOVER production facility in New Zealand. We are pleased to add them as an ASP partner."
The flagship SHOTOVER K1 and the versatile and compact SHOTOVER F1 are fast becoming the entertainment and commercial worlds' go to systems for high-impact aerial cinematography. K1 credits include the Hollywood blockbusters Jurassic World, Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Insurgent, San Andreas, Black Mass, Ride Along 2, Antman, Magic Mike 2, Monster Trucks and Warcraft.
Both systems feature a modular design, which allows users to easily swap numerous camera and lens configurations. In fact, the SHOTOVER F1 is delivered with the ability to accommodate more than 115 different camera and lens combinations, with more to come in the future. SHOTOVER systems are the only motion-picture quality aerial solutions with no ITAR restrictions, enabling them to be shipped anywhere in the world.
"SHOTOVER represents the pinnacle in aerial cinematography, delivering unsurpassed performance and jaw-dropping images across a multitude of shooting environments," said Luc Poullain, president of ACS France. "We look forward to working with SHOTOVER customers in both France and beyond to meet all of their service needs."
