Robert L. (Rob) Friedman is a private investor, and was previously Chief Investment Officer of Savannah-Baltimore Capital and the Franklin Templeton Mutual Series Funds. He has a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and an A.L.M. from Harvard University. Mr. Friedman will serve on the Company's Board, Finance Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Meyer (Sandy) Frucher is Vice Chairman of Nasdaq, Inc., and was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. He received a B.A. from Columbia University, and a M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Mr. Frucher will serve on the Company's Board, Compensation Committee, Finance Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee.
