The Roundtable is an employer-based forum that provides policy input and guidance to the Canadian government around the new Express Entry immigration program's effectiveness.
"I am honored to have been selected to be a part of this distinguished panel of experts who have deep passion about Canadian immigration and Canada's new revolutionary Express Entry immigration law," Khan says. "Express Entry can help Canadian employers quickly and easily find the skilled talent they need when there are no qualified Canadians available for hire."
According to Khan, Canada has a growing Talent Gap that must be filled as increasing numbers of older Canadians retire over the coming years. "Employers need to learn about the innovation and beauty of Express Entry and understand how they can leverage it to find the Fortune 500-caliber talent they need for future growth and competitive advantage."
Mr. Khan is a former senior executive with 25+ years of global leadership experience with Fortune 500 firms. He was a global group president at Xerox and AON-Hewitt, the two largest HR Outsourcing providers in the world. He holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business, and an MBA from University of Ottawa, Canada.
