Spinnaker Support Begins Software Maintenance and Support for United Kingdom Public Sector
--Crown Commercial Services awards Spinnaker Support a Place on Enterprise Application Support Services Agreement for SAP, JD Edwards, and Siebel Software Maintenance

CCS acts on behalf of the UK Government to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity. EASS is fully EU compliant and provides easy access to third-party software maintenance, saving public sector organisations time and money.
Following a strict evaluation process of Spinnaker Support's tender, they were awarded an agreement. Spinnaker Support was able to obtain this award due to several important factors including their ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification, lifetime support policy for many older versions of SAP and JD Edwards, and global coverage providing 24 x 7 x 365 support availability.
