Sungrow Partners with Greensmith to Deliver State-of-the-Art Solar Plus Storage Technology to Massachusetts
OAKLAND, California, April 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sungrow, the global leading inverter solution supplier for renewables, recently announced to work with Greensmith Energy, a part of the Wärtsilä technology group, to provide an advanced energy storage system to Origis Energy USA in Sterling, Massachusetts.
The project couples a 1MW rooftop solar installation with a 1MW/2MWh energy storage system to deliver an annual base load of 1.7MWh in dispatchable clean energy to the town's ratepayers.
