NEW YORK, October 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
Suspect Detection Systems Inc. (OTCBB: SDSS), a developer of counter terror and crime prevention technology, announced today that a delegation of Indian forensics experts completed an advanced weeklong Cogito training course in Israel, utilizing Suspect Detection Systems technology.
The course trained the experts in the field activation of Cogito technology, and the full implementation of Suspect Detection Systems multi-tiered terror prevention methodology.
The delegation was scheduled as part of Suspect Detection Systems ongoing cooperation with India's Gujarat Forensic Science University (http://www.suspectdetection.com/Timesofindia111109.html), one of the leading law enforcement training institutions in the country. Suspect Detection Systems has been working with the university, and law enforcement agencies in India have similarly been implementing Cogito technology since 2009.
"The training seminar demonstrates the continuation of the strong relationship between Indian law enforcement agents and Suspect Detection Systems," said Gil Boosidan, CEO of Suspect Detection Systems Inc. "Cogito technology has already been utilized by law enforcement agencies to solve multiple crimes and to prevent terror attacks in India. And there are possibilities for further sales and the wider implementation of Cogito technology in India."
