However, Sylvie Solignac was already a key person in the foundation of Eurogiro in the early nineties. As Marketing Manager of International Services at La Poste in France, she was La Poste's representative on the Eurogiro Steering Committee. Since then, Sylvie Solignac headed the Paris Giro Centre (which executes large bulks of domestic payments) and has been closely involved in the agreement process of the French postbank. Sylvie Solignac has an exceptionally broad understanding of the payment financial markets domestically and cross border, both within Europe and in other regions of the world.
