T-Systems Named as a Leader for its Cloud Services in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing & Infrastructure Utility Services, Europe
LONDON, July 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
- T-Systems recognized sixth time in a row.
- 17 service providers for DCO and IUS services across Europe evaluated.
In the new Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing (DCO) and Infrastructure Utility Services (IUS), Europe, T-Systems is positioned in the Leaders quadrant for the sixth time in row.
Gartner evaluated against the two strategic axes 'completeness of vision' and 'ability to execute'. Gartner states that "future growth in data center services will come from new industrialized infrastructure offerings such as IUS and infrastructure as a service (IaaS), while growth and margins for traditional services will face further pressure (for more details, see "Top Global Megatrends Impacting Data Center Strategies")."
"The cloud world isn't homogeneous, it will always be hybrid. Therefore, we combine strong products, such as our new public cloud, with best-of-breed partner technology to provide our customers with tailored solutions for their business needs from one single source," said Mark Turner, Vice President of IT Delivery at T-Systems Limited. Deutsche Telekom's growing partner ecosystem includes solutions from SAP, Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce, VMWare, Huawei, SugarCRM and Informatica, and others.
T-Systems ranked among the top ten percent of all ICT service providers for the third year in a row in terms of customer satisfaction (based on the Tri*M index). Trust is particularly important when it comes to the migration of traditional IT services to the cloud.
