Tangerine Strengthens Board

Tangerine Investment Management is delighted to announce it has strengthened its board with the appointment of Professor Gordon Walker.
Professor Walker's recruitment in one of a number of key developments undertaken by award-winning Tangerine as it seeks to build on and further improve operations for its worldwide investors.
Dr. Walker is the Professor of Commercial Law at La Trobe University School of Law, Melbourne, Australia.
Dr Walker earned his doctorate in law from Duke University in the USA and is best known internationally for the 12 volume treatise on securities regulation published by Westlaw in New York.
During his legal career he has worked for large and small law firms and consulted to the Asian Development Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Tangerine Investment Management Chief Operating Officer David Rae said: "We are very pleased that Gordon is now on our board of directors.

In addition to the Board level appointment of Dr Walker, Tangerine has also recruited Hugo Munoz as Finance Manager and Kim Lovelock as Legal and Compliance Manager.
Mr Munoz previously worked in Finance for GLG Partner Services LP/ManGroup in the Cayman Islands.
Prior to joining Tangerine, Ms Lovelock, a graduate from the University of Otago and a qualified Barrister, worked for eight years in the Capital Markets/Structure Finance team at a top-tier offshore law firm.

Tangerine has also moved to new purpose built offices in Cayman and the team are looking forward to further new developments as the Axiom Fund continues to grow.
