Taptica Expands Worldwide With Key Additions To Its Management Team

Leading mobile user acquisition platform, Taptica, is expanding globally, building a strong presence in San Francisco, New York, Berlin and Tel Aviv.
Jim Schiekofer, formerly senior mobile executive of The Weather Channel, has joined the company to head its US east coast activities as VP Advertising Sales, developing deep relationships with advertising agencies and brands. Jim is an executive leader and strategic thinker with a strong focus on digital, mobile and cross platform advertising sales.
The San Francisco team is joined by, startup digital media executive, Saji Johnson, who has extensive experience in mobile, online and social media, having held key roles in startups such as Weatherista (acquired by Cisco) and AdLocal (acquired by Yahoo Japan). Saji joins Taptica as EVP Strategic and Client Relations, supporting the company's many partners in the gaming industry.
Additionally, the company has hired entrepreneur and developer, Mark Val, formerly of Unity Technologies, in Berlin to lead its activities in Europe, working with the European community of game and app developers.
The company's team in Tel Aviv has established its headquarters in a sun lit 9th floor office with surrounding views of the city and the sea. Home to Taptica's technological and media teams and where the company supports its clients and media partners worldwide.
