BOSTON, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, erecruit™ announced the appointment of enterprise software veteran Mark Rosenberg to the role of Senior Vice President of Product and Product Delivery for its global operations. This appointment marks another significant investment in the leadership team for the emerging leader in enterprise staffing software, VMS and onboarding solutions for large staffing firms and employers. In this role, Rosenberg will lead development, product management, knowledge management and learning for erecruit. His industry and product experience, most recently with PeopleSoft, will make a strong contribution to erecruit's innovative approach to product development for its customers.

Rosenberg brings extensive background in enterprise software product strategy, development and delivery for leading industries including staffing, healthcare, information technology management and financial services, among others. Most recently, Rosenberg held senior roles at Oracle, where he worked in the PeopleSoft division leading the product team focused on the staffing and professional services industries globally. He brings erecruit customers decades of knowledge in building and deploying software designed to optimize business processes and improve efficiency, productivity and performance. He served previously at IBM and other financial and professional services firms, including as a consultant responsible for ensuring successful ERP implementations. Rosenberg holds an MBA from Babson College as well as a BA from the University of Chicago.
