Teva UK Limited Launches Generic Donepezil Tablets and Donepezil OD Tablets

We are pleased to announce the day-one launch of both generic Donepezil film-coated tablets and Donepezil Orodispersible (OD) tablets.  

Donepezil tablets and Donepezil OD tablets are generic versions of Aricept®(Donepezil Hydrochloride) and Aricept Evess® (Donepezil Hydrochloride) respectively, from Eisai Limited.  They are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderately severe Alzheimer's dementia.

Donepezil tablets and Donepezil OD tablets are available immediately in the award-winning Teva 360 livery. The strengths and presentations are as follows:

This is the third launch of a generic drug for the treatment of Alzheimer's in as many weeks (Galantamine, Zeebral XL), from Teva, following patent expiries.
