Textura Files S-1 Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock

CHICAGO, April 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Textura Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.  The registration statement is available on the Securities and Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.gov.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
