The awards received over 500 entries from all across Europe, battling it out in the 23 categories. A panel of judges, which included Can Kekevi, Accenture and David Lomax, Jagex Games Studio, carefully critiqued the entries against strict criteria to choose the outstanding finalists. A new category of "Multi-channel Customer Service" received a big response, testimony to this shift in communications channels across the continent. The big industry talking point on the night was about who would win the Customer Service Centre Excellence Award, which went to Turkcell Global Bilgi.
Nick Davey, Programme Director: "What a night! This is a true celebration of great Customer Service. Thank you to everyone who supported us and many congratulations to every finalist and, of course, the winners tonight!"
