There's More to Ski Holidays Than Just Snowfall With Neilson
LONDON, August 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
- What's New for the 2012/13 Ski and Snowboard Season
Winter holiday experts, Neilson, have launched a new brochure highlighting not only the best ski runs for the season, but also top tips on where to stay and where the best nightlife is when you get there.
Winner of the Golden Globe Travel Award for "Best Ski & Activity Operator" for the second year running in 2012, when it comes to ski package holidays, Neilson has everything covered to ensure you get the most out of your winter break.
New Resorts & Properties for This Season
Our top tips for new places to visit on ski holidays are Morzine in France and Corvara in Italy. Our new Swiss Travel Service partners have also allowed us to add even more resorts to our portfolio along with some new properties in traditional skiing favourites Italy, Austria and France along with more hotels and resorts in Bulgaria, Andorra and Spain.
Keeping It in the Family
This year we're offering an even wider range of equipment and tuition options to help you get the most from your family ski holidays.
We even have exclusive specialist ski & board camps for adults and teens in France, Austria & Andorra - from free-ride and freestyle courses to technique sessions - to ensure whatever your age, you can take to the slopes with confidence.
Our expert team will advise you of the best options to suit your families skiing and boarding experience at the resort you have chosen, with specialist tuition, improver's packs and equipment on offer at four different levels - Standard, Superior, Advanced and Prestige.
Maximise your Adventurous Side
While some people may think that launching yourself down a ski-run or attempting to soar through the air on a snowboard is about as scary as you can get, thrill-seekers can rest assured that Neilson has some brand new activities to take your winter break to the next level.
From Porsche ice-driving and stays at an ice hotel in Sweden to heli-skiing in Whistler, Canada, we have a range of activities to suit any adrenaline junkies quest for new experiences.
Less Time on the Road and More Time on the Slopes
We have also shortened the transfer times for a number of our resorts. The Italian Dolomites resorts of Selva, Corvara and Arabba now have just a 2 hour journey from Innsbruck Airport in Austria. In Canada our connecting flights between Calgary and Cranbrook airports now boast a 45 minutes transfer to Fernie.
Snow Trips to Suit Everyone
We know all our customers are unique so we have a range of breaks from all inclusive ski holidays for families or couples, including four new properties in France and Austria, to group breaks for friends and colleagues to enjoy. We've been organising skiing trips for the last 37 winters, so we know exactly what it takes to deliver you a great winter holiday.
