Sir Eric Peacock
Sir Eric Peacock has a wide range of interesting business experience, having taken Babygro Plc to a full market listing, Baydonhill Plc to a full AIM listing and Just Loans Plc to a GHG Listing.
He is Chairman of Buckley Jewellery Ltd and Boxford Suffolk Holdings Ltd, which between these businesses had subsidiaries in the USA and Hong Kong. Other current directorships include Whizz Education Ltd., Stevenage Packaging Ltd., Sheraton Systems Ltd., Just Loans Group Plc, and the Wildlife Heritage Foundation.
Sir Eric is also a Non Executive Director of the government body UK Export Finance (formerly ECGD) and chairs the charities Uniqueness, AB Trust and The Peacock Foundation.
Eric has worked in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Hong Kong and Ireland in a wide range of industries.
Sir John Lucas-Tooth
Sir John Lucas-Tooth has considerable corporate experience in both the industrial and financial worlds, having successfully founded, developed and led Telsec Instruments until its sale to Bausch & Lomb and worked for Lazard Brothers and Co. and Prince Rupert Loewenstein's firms Rupert Loewenstein Holdings Ltd., Loewenstein Investments Ltd. and Cunningham Loewenstein Asset Management.
His current directorships include Glenalmond Tweed Co. Ltd., Grimsthorpe and Drummond Castle Trust Limited, The Drummond Foundation, Lucastooth Partnership, Kyokuto Fund and the Maurice Lubbock Memorial Fund.
He was commissioned into the Scots Guards after graduating from Balliol College, Oxford University as an Exhibitioner with a First Class Honours Degree, having previously won a Reynolds Scholarship at Eton College.
